This is a focused session on achy muscles rather than a full body. 

We recommend 30 minutes per area. And often spend 60 minutes on just neck and shoulders alone. 

Different modalities and tools that may be used during this session are:
 Swedish, Deep tissue, Cupping, Neuromuscular Therapy (Trigger Point), Bamboo, Stretching and more

Pain Management

A gentle form of massage using light to medium pressure for expecting mothers. Alleviates discomforts like backache, muscle tension and swelling. Promotes rest and relaxation.
