This is a focused session on achy muscles rather than a full body. 

We recommend 30 minutes per area. And often spend 60 minutes on just neck and shoulders alone. 

Different modalities and tools that may be used during this session are:
 Swedish, Deep tissue, Cupping, Neuromuscular Therapy (Trigger Point), Bamboo, Stretching and more

Pain Management

This is a full body flow using more gentle massage techniques to reduce tension, stress and anxiety with additional health benefits. Taking a moment to let life go and find peace

Relaxation

Rebalancing energy centers using the universal flow of chi (life energy). Alleviating pain and removing emotional blockages to assist in healing, growth and development.

Reiki

Combines the powerful health benefits of essential oils with light massage and reflexology including the vita flex technique. This technique assists in the structural and electrical alignment of the body, immune support, nerve stimulation, vitality, stress management and creates a poor environment for viruses and bacteria to grow all while bringing balance to the mind, body and spirit.

Raindrop Therapy

Combines facial cupping, essential oils and massage techniques to break up sinus congestion, open up path ways, reduce inflammation and pressure then move it out so that you can breathe easier.
